Au Pair

Au Pair Wanted | Pukekohe (Rural South Auckland) start ASAP

We are a farming family based at Kingseat 10km out of Pukekohe, looking for an Au Pair to join us from late July through to mid/late November but will consider applications who are willing to do a 6 week minimum. 

The role would involve helping for a few hours each morning with our three boys (7, 5 and  2.5years old). This will mostly be getting the youngest ready for the day, dropping off at Kindy and slthe older boys to School. Then in the afternoon picking up from 2pm and then watching them till 5pm and helping home life run smoothly while my husband undergoes 6 rounds of chemo on a 21day cycle

Minimum of 25 hours/ week, paid at an hourly rate. Happy to discuss a roster with longer breaks every third week to accomodate exploring NZ. 

Accomodation is your own room and bathroom and cooking will be with the family. We are hoping to arrange a cabin to have a serperate chill out space but this has not yet been arranged. We do have a vechile available for personal use. 

We’re looking for someone friendly, reliable, confident with young children and happy living rurally. We can offer a welcoming family environment close to Auckland and central to many upper north island destinations.

Ideal for someone with a Working Holiday Visa, perhaps you are looking for a place to stay during Winter/Spring before travelling NZ in the summer time.
