Front Of House Bartender

The Hive Purangi Restaurant and Bar is located in Cooks Beach Coromandel. It is a 10 min drive from Hot Water Beach and Hahei home of the famous Cathedral Cove.

We have a Front of house position and an experienced Bartender role available.

Our days of operation are Thursday - Sunday, the in school holidays  more days then mid December 7 days a week

Our Season starts September till End April.

Applicants requirements

• Must have valid work visa 
• Have a good work ethic and work well as a team 
• Work well under pressure at a fast pace
• Punctuality and Personal Hygiene
• Experience in waitressing /waiter environment
• Experienced bartender, cocktail skills
• Have a positive can do attitude and good sense of humour
• Physically fit as some heavy lifting involved

Job Requirements

• Experience in bar skills, knowledge of alcoholic beverages & cocktail making
• Experience in a front of house environment 
• Customer service 
• A Willingness to learn and help in different aspects of the restaurant
• Able to follow instruction
• Must understand and speak a reasonable level of english

Pay rate will depend on what job your applying for and your skills and ability

We have other jobs available so could suit a couple or friends travelling together

Accommodation is in Cooks Beach in a shared house with other staff member's.

Accommodation is a 10min drive from the Restaurant so your own form of  transport will be needed.
