Receptionist With Opera Cloud Pms

Receptionist with Opera Cloud PMS experience to be part of this incredible journey here in New Zealand. The successful applicants will be a key member of the team. 

This is a Full-Time fixed term  from mid- September until late April. This position would suit someone who is easy-going, positive-minded, and enjoys working in a beautiful remote location with access to nature and the outdoors. Couples are also welcome to apply, as there may be opportunities for a partner to work in another departments within the resort.

Requirements of the role include:

• Greet and serve customers in a polite and friendly manner.
• Experience in Opera Cloud PMS
• Ensuring each guest feels welcomed and enjoys a positive customer experience.
• Work well as an individual and be able to support your colleagues. 
• Carry out Restaurant and housekeeping duties.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Be reliable, friendly, respectful and professional. 
• Determination to exceed customer expectation.
• Honesty and the ability to work well in a team environment.
