Got an eye for detail and love making old things look brand new? We run a growing campervan company and need a skilled hand to help restore and maintain the exterior of our existing older fleet. If you get a kick out of a perfect, glossy paint finish, we want to hear from you!

📐 The Role

Your main mission is to bring the sparkle back to our hard-working campervans.

Your core responsibilities will include:

• Machine Polishing & Buffing: Using dual-action or rotary buffers to remove oxidation, light scratches, and swirl marks from vehicle paint and fiberglass gelcoats.
• Pre-Wash & Prep: Decontaminating surfaces, masking off plastics/trim, and prepping the vans for polishing.
• Finishing Touches: Applying waxes, sealants, or ceramic coatings to protect the paint and ensure a high-gloss finish.

👀 What We Are Looking For

• Machine Experience: Experience using machine polishers/buffers and an understanding of different pads and compounding compounds.
• Attention to Detail: You know how to spot a missed section or a holograph from a mile away.
• Physical Fitness: Buffing is a workout! You’ll need the stamina to work on large vehicles.
• Reliability: Someone who can turn up, manage their time efficiently, and take pride in their work.
