Tara Iti Golf Club in New Zealand — consistently ranked among the best golf courses in the world — is looking for 5 passionate kitchen people to join our team for the upcoming season, October 2026 through April 2027 (with some flexibility on dates).

We are looking for people across all levels:

Kitchen Hand, Commis Chef, Chef de Partie, and Senior Chef de Partie.

Whether you're just starting out or have years under your belt, if you love food and want an unforgettable season in New Zealand, we'd love to hear from you.

What the role actually looks like: we cook for discerning golf club members, so solid kitchen foundations are important, but there's genuine creative freedom here. We work with set menus as a base, but member preferences drive a lot of what we do, which keeps things fresh and interesting. No two days are quite the same.

What we offer: accommodation is provided, relocation assistance to help you get here, market rate pay depending on your role, and an incredible setting on the Northland coast of New Zealand within a tight and supportive kitchen team.

This is ideal for chefs from the UK, Ireland, Europe, USA, Canada, or Japan who are under 30 and eligible for a New Zealand Working Holiday Visa. The timing lines up perfectly with our summer season while your home country heads into winter.
