Family-run Kiwifruit operation near Te Teko is looking for about 8 people to join our winter pruning team for the final phase of the season, starting Tuesday, June 9th until late July.

Job Details:
  • The Role: Winter pruning in gold kiwifruit orchard. Requires thinking, fast learning, communication and maintaining a steady, efficient working pace. Full training provided.
  • Pay rate: $24.50 + 8% holiday pay ($26.46 gross/hour).
  • Hours: Approx. 40-45 hours/week (weather dependent).
  • Accommodation: On-site campsite available for van-lifers with full facilities (camp fees apply).

  2. Team Spirit & Respect: Our crew is proudly multicultural. We need people who enjoy working as a team, support each other, and bring good vibes to the field. No individualism.
  3. Good English & Communication: You must understand instructions clearly and ask immediately if you are unsure. Honest and open communication is essential to avoid silent mistakes.
  4. Physical Fitness & Height: Demanding outdoor work. Applicants must be at least 170cm tall to work comfortably with our orchard structures.
  5. Logistics: Valid NZ Work Visa, own transport to the orchard, and commitment until late July.
