Bar/Wait Staff – Irish Bar (No Experience Needed)

We’re looking for a motivated traveller who wants solid bar work while exploring New Zealand. We’re a very well‑known Irish bar with a great tourist crowd, and we value reliability, a good attitude, and a willingness to learn above anything else. If you’re someone who takes pride in doing a job well, we’d like to meet you.

About the Role

You’ll be part of our front‑of‑house team, helping with bar and restaurant service, customer care, and general duties. We’ll teach you everything you need to know — you just need to bring a positive approach and be ready to work hard during busy shifts.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Serving customers and learning basic bar service
• Keeping the bar and service areas tidy and organised
• Supporting the team during busy periods
• Helping with food service and general cleaning
• Following responsible service of alcohol guidelines

What We’re Looking For

• A reliable worker with a strong work ethic
• Someone friendly, respectful, and comfortable talking to customers
• Quick to learn and happy to take direction
• Able to work nights and weekends
• Holds a valid NZ work visa

Experience is not essential — we’ll train the right person.
