Two Jobs At Our Dairy Farm

We are looking for TWO people to join our friendly Kiwi team on our 700 cow dairy farm in Whakamaru.  Job starts 20 July and goes for three months.  Each person will be guaranteed at least 30 hours work per week.  Duties include milking cows, cleaning equipment, feeding calves, driving a small tractor.

Please mention if you have experience milking cows (huge advantage) or have worked on an animal farm before.  You must be fit and strong, and able to speak some English.  You also need your own car as we are 30 mins away from the city.  There is no public transport.

We provide a small fully-furnished cabin, well-suited for a couple.  Warm, private and fully independent.  Rent is $200 per week, including electricity costs.

Our roster is five days work per week.  One person will have Tues-Wed off work, the other person will have Wed-Thurs off.  Perfect for exploring Taupo (30 mins drive), Rotorua (50 mins drive) and Mt Ruapehu (90 mins drive).
