Reception & Housekeeping Team Member and After hours support.

We are currently seeking a motivated and enthusiastic team member to join our friendly team at Cambridge TOP 10 Holiday Park. If you are passionate about hospitality and enjoy creating positive experiences for guests, we would love to hear from you.

Our holiday park is a welcoming destination for families, groups, and couples. This is a varied, hands-on role supporting both reception and housekeeping operations, ideal for someone who enjoys a dynamic work environment.

About the Role

• Minimum 35 hours per week, with opportunities for additional shifts
• Rostered shifts, including weekends and public holidays
• A combination of reception duties and housekeeping responsibilities
• Afterhours support - holding the after hours phone during our reception closing hours and managing guests calls. (this will be paid as additional hours from your hourly rate) 
• Start immediately 
• Minimum 4-6-month commitment, with potential for a permanent position

Key Responsibilities

• Providing friendly and professional customer service at reception
• Managing bookings and guest enquiries using reservation systems
• Performing housekeeping duties, including cleaning and preparing rooms and facilities
• Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation throughout the park
• Working collaboratively with the team to ensure a smooth guest experience

About You

• Reliable, positive, and team-oriented
• Excellent communication skills with a high standard of spoken English
• Previous experience in reception, customer service, or hospitality
• Experience using booking or reservation systems (preferred)
• Strong attention to detail and good time management skills
• Flexible and willing to work weekends and public holidays

Accommodation

• One-bedroom, self-contained on-site accommodation available
• Rent: $245 per week - includes power - internet
