We’re on the lookout for high-energy, personable hospitality stars to join our Front of House team this season. If you thrive in a buzzing restaurant, love great food and drink, and bring your best self to every shift, we want to meet you.
 

Responsibilites:

• Knowledge of coffee and beverages and be able to produce with quality and speed
• Understanding of all the equipment behind the bar and how it all works correctly and ensure that it is maintained at all times
• Able to deliver food and beverage to tables as and when required
• Clean tables and collect used glassware and crockery
• Ensure there is always an adequate supply of clean glassware
• Knowledge and understanding of the restaurants food and beverage menu
• Serve customers promptly in a friendly manner
• Attend to all customer queries courteously and efficiently
• Ensure the barista area and restaurant is kept clean and tidy and organised
• Ensure all food, beverage and non-consumables are accounted for and charged accordingly
• Follow NZ Health and Safety regulations and Food Control Plan
• Be flexible in relation to working late night hours or additional hours other than your rostered times
• Ensure compliance with liquor licensing laws
• Attend staff meetings
