Car Groomer 3month Contract

About the role

We're looking for enthusiastic and reliable people to join our Grooming Team on a 3-month fixed-term contract, helping us deliver a simply better experience for our customers during our busy period.

As a key part of our operations team, the Vehicle Grooming role ensures every vehicle meets Snap’s high presentation standards before it reaches our customers.

Alongside this, you’ll assist with vehicle movements, support the team with customer interactions, and occasionally help with tasks at the counter or in the fleet office.

It’s a hands-on, team-focused role where every day you’ll contribute to delivering a smooth and standout experience for our customers.

What we need from you
 

• Groom all vehicles to a high, professional standard that reflects Snap’s commitment to quality
• Accurately complete vehicle check sheets for every vehicle - You naturally love to follow processes!
• Support the Grooming Team Leader in prioritising the correct vehicles to keep operations running smoothly
• Maintain a clean, tidy, and hazard-free grooming bay and depot area and report any hazards or incidents promptly through our safety portal
• Hop behind the wheel of our Courtesy Shuttle to pick up and drop off customers at the airport when needed - a great chance to stretch your legs and get some fresh air!
• Every role has their ad-hoc tasks, being:
  • Drive vehicles between the branch and off-site locations (e.g. servicing, panel beaters, storage) as required
  • Assist the Fleet Co-ordinator / Administrator with tasks as directed
  • Deliver friendly, helpful, and memorable service every time you connect with our customers
