Do you love working with people, solving problems on the go, and being part of a friendly, fast-paced team? We're looking for a reliable and enthusiastic Holiday Park Team Member to join us at Te Anau Lakeview Holiday Park — a family-owned accommodation base on the edge of Fiordland National Park.

This role sits at the heart of our guest experience — from managing reservations and welcoming visitors, to supporting smooth day-to-day operations across the park. No two days are the same, and you'll enjoy working with people from all around the world.

✨ What You’ll Do

• Deliver exceptional customer service at the front desk
• Manage check-ins, check-outs, and online bookings
• Handle guest enquiries via email, phone, and in person
• Collaborate with the wider team to ensure a smooth, enjoyable guest stay
• Help with small housekeeping or cleaning tasks as needed
• Uphold high standards of presentation, safety, and communication
• Participate in our sustainability and continuous improvement initiatives

🧠 Who We’re Looking For

• A positive, solutions-focused person who enjoys working with people
• Someone with strong computer and communication skills
• Previous experience in hospitality, tourism, or front office preferred
• Confident managing bookings, multitasking, and staying calm under pressure
• Flexible with rostered shifts, including weekends and public holidays
• Able to commit through to May 2027 (preferred, not essential)
