Garden And Landscape Hand

Naturescapes is looking for a reliable, motivated person who has some experience with garden and landscape work.

Tasks will include planting, weeding, mulching, hedge trimming, pruning, pest and disease management, lawns and weed eating. Noxious weed control and native replanting is also work we take on. This work can be heavy, and labour-intensive when we are mulching and moving soil. 

Our yard is in Henderson Valley and we work predominantly in West Auckland. You will need your own transport as we work outside of public transport routes. We work in places like Piha and Bethells, so having your own car is a must. A phone that can download an app to keep track of your hours will also be necessary.

A positive attitude, people skills, accurate time management and a good level of fitness are key. You must be able to focus on tasks and work efficiently and consistently over an 8 hour day and a 40 hour week. A conversational level of english is needed to be able to understand the instructions given.
