Tasks & Responsibilities

• Working in a team environment.
• Liaising with the supervisor on current and future projects.
• Coordinating with ground crew and staff.
• Coordinating and organising trades on-site.
• Managing material and equipment.
• Liaising with clients on site.
• Quality and safety control on-site
• Effectively completing on-site works.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Interpreting and working from plans
• Formwork and reinforcing
• Troubleshooting site challenges
• Communicating with crew, clients, and contractors
• Following all on-site health and safety protocols

What We're Looking For:

• Trade-qualified Carpenter OR experienced Hammerhand
• Proven commercial construction experience
• Full toolkit - hand and power tools ideal
• Confident reading and interpreting plans
• Committed to safety and quality work
• Class 1 licence + reliable transport
• Valid Site Safe or Construct Safe - we can assist
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Must pass a pre-employment drug test
