We have a short term position available that could lead into further seasonal farm work. The position is for an experienced farm labourer with previous farm, tractor driving and if possible building/carpentry experience required. Ideally the successful applicant will have grown up on a farm.
The duties include new and repairs to farm fencing, spraying drains, races etc, shifting livestock, tractor driving, cleaning field tile drains with machine, farm building maintenance and other general farm jobs. PLEASE only apply if you have these farm skills.
You need to have the ability to follow instructions, use your initiative and be able to work solo or as part of a team with our other farm staff.
Approx hours per week of 35-40.
Cheap on farm shared accommodation is available.
