Position: Barista at the Kaiteriteri Store 
Location: Kaiteriteri Recreation Reserve, Kaiteriteri, New Zealand 
Hours: 32–40 hours per week (negotiable), must be available weekends and public holidays

What You'll Be Doing:

Coffee Crafting: Prepare consistently high-quality espresso and coffee beverages to order, using established recipes and techniques.

Customer Service: Greet and serve customers with a warm, positive attitude. Create a welcoming environment for both locals and visitors alike.

Efficiency and Flow: Maintain pace during busy periods while staying calm and friendly. Keep the coffee machine running smoothly and ensure prep and service areas are clean and well-stocked.

Food and Retail Support: Assist with cabinet food display, stock rotation, and general cleaning duties around the store.

Team Collaboration: Work closely with fellow crew members to ensure seamless service across the store.

What We’re Looking For:

• Barista Experience: Previous experience working with espresso machines is essential.
• Great Attitude: Friendly, reliable, and customer-focused. You’ll be representing Kaiteriteri with every cup.
• Team Player: Willing to jump in wherever needed to help your teammates and the wider store crew.
• Adaptable & Flexible: Must be able to work weekends and public holidays as part of a roster.
