Crepe And Pizza Front Staff/chef

Join the dynamic team at Dolce Crepe and/or Dolce Pizza as a full-time Front staff/Cook in the beautiful lakeside town of Lake Tekapo, Canterbury.

You will be responsible for creating delicious and authentic Crepes, Pizzas and Freshly Squeeze Orange Juices, ensuring a High quality experience for our customers. 

What you'll be doing

• Prepare the Crepe mix and Pizza dough and cook them to Dolce standards, ensuring consistent quality and presentation
• Assist with menu development and recipe testing to continually improve our offerings
• Maintain a clean and organised kitchen workspace, adhering to food safety and hygiene regulations
• Collaborate with the team to deliver exceptional customer service

What we're looking for

• Experience in Food trucks or equivalent in a fast-paced, high-quality restaurant
• Passion for using fresh, high-quality ingredients to create authentic and flavourful recipes
• Excellent time management and multi-tasking skills to thrive in a busy kitchen environment
• Ability to work well in a team and contribute to a positive, customer-centric culture
• Food safety and hygiene certification (or willingness to obtain)
