Flame Bar & Grill is one of Queenstown’s most loved and iconic steakhouse's. SunFire is our new restaurant opening in June 2024 which will be Queenstown’s newest all-day dining offering.

About the Role

Chef de Partie – able to competently run their own section - experience on the grill is an advantage. Be able work as part of a team. If skill set suits, progression within the company to more senior kitchen roles is definitely on the table. 

• monitoring quality of dishes at all stages of preparation and presentation
• demonstrating techniques and advising on cooking procedures
• preparing and cooking food
• relevant experience in a busy kitchen environment
• relevant industy qualifications desirable

We are offering a minimum 30 hour contract - if you want to grab a lot of hours though, we are the place for you.
