Job Summary:

we are hiring for summers . Join our dynamic team at Tease Robo. Cafe. Bar and Eatery and NO.31 Restaurant & Bar a vibrant and welcoming establishment renowned for its eclectic menu and stellar service. As a Front of House Team Member, you will be the face of our eatery, ensuring every guest enjoys a memorable dining experience. Your responsibilities will include greeting and seating guests, managing reservations, assisting with orders, and maintaining a clean and organized front of house.

Key Responsibilities:

• Guest Greeting: Welcome guests with a friendly and warm attitude.
• Barista experience 
• Seating Arrangements: Manage and organize seating to maximize efficiency and guest satisfaction.
• Reservation Management: Handle reservations and walk-ins with professionalism.
• Order Assistance: Assist with taking orders, if necessary, and ensure accurate communication between guests and kitchen staff.
• Customer Interaction: Respond to guest inquiries, handle complaints, and provide information about the menu and services.
• Coordination: Work closely with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service flow.
• Cash Handling: Process payments and manage cash register operations.
• Cleanliness: Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front of house area.
• Training and Development: Participate in ongoing training to improve service skills and product knowledge.

Qualifications:

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and handle high-pressure situations.
• Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred.
• Basic math skills for cash handling.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
