Key Responsibilities:

• Install roof and ground-mounted solar arrays and advanced battery storage systems, including Tesla products.
• Work on both grid-tied and some off-grid solar systems, ensuring all installations meet New Zealand's electrical standards.
• Test and certify all installations as safe and fully operational.
• Manage and mentor team members to ensure top-quality installations.
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standard.

What We're Looking For:

Essential:

• Qualified and experienced electrician (We can help with New Zealand qualification conversion if needed—minimum 2-year commitment for this).
• Passion for renewable energy and sustainability.
• Full driving licence.

Desirable:

• Experience in solar installation (but we offer training if you’re new to the field!).
• Comfortable working at heights (training provided if needed).

What We Offer:

• Guaranteed Hours & Flexibility: Minimum of 30 hours per week (usually around 45-50), with overtime pay available.
