Please note: We are seeking a duo/couple for this position.
We are located right on Takapuna Beach with the most stunning views!
As our Holiday Park Duty Managers, you will be working a minimum of 36 hours per week each. You will be in charge of the on-call after hours phone when on duty.
You will be required to offer support to the onsite Manager/s as and where needed.
On the Managers rostered days off you will be responsible for the cleaning and the general day to day running of the holiday Park.
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
• Assisting all staff when the managers are not on shift.
• Housekeeping and cleaning of accommodation and communal facilities.
• General park and grounds maintenance.
• Customer service, reception and reservation duties.
• Onsite, overnight on-call afterhours phone..
• Anything else asked by the Owners or Managers to ensure the property is maintained to an extremely high
standard of cleanliness and presentation to ensure the successful day to day running of the holiday park.
What you will have to offer as a couple:
• Previous experience in another holiday park or hospitality would be an advantage.
• A positive ‘can do’ attitude and excellent work ethic.
• Excellent time management and organisation skills.
• The ability to problem solve and think outside the box.
• Friendly personalities that fit in well with a small team.
