Customer Service/ Vehicle Detailer

This is a varied role involving front line face-to-face customer contact with clients who hire “Spaceships”. 95% of Spaceships customers are international visitors to New Zealand. Exceptional customer service and accuracy with administration is required. The ability to be able to speak multiple languages, multitask and remain calm under pressure are key attributes needed.

There will also be times where you will need to help groom the vehicles before they are ready for dispatch to the customers  

Ideal person would stay the entire summer with us. If you make it to the end of the season we will offer a free one week trip in a Spaceship.

• Ability to communicate effectively in multiple languages

• Ability to deliver excellent customer service

• An outgoing and “happy to help” personality

• Computer literacy

• Accuracy in Data Entry

• Ability to use initiative, troubleshoot and problem solve

• Ability to juggle many tasks at once

• Ability to remain calm under pressure

• Good communications skills

• Ability to listen and empathise

• Some knowledge of NZ and it’s geography and attractions

• Full Drivers Licence

• Weekend Work
