Cider Making Apple Juicing

Apple Juicing, cider making and maybe some distilling.

If you have experience making Cider, Wine or Beer and want to help us juice, ferment and maybe distill our apples this year please get in touch.

We are a small Distillery and cider manufacturer located in Roxburgh Central Otago. Up a tree Distillery. We specialize in distilled Liquors, gins and schnapps and are a few years deep into developing a cider brand that makes cider in a more traditional way than a lot of others resulting in a dry more complex product.  We are looking for someone to help us juice our apples and manage the fermentation so if you have a wine  beer or cider making background, have some experience working with Juicing or pulping equipment or similar and can use a spanner then give us a call. 

This Job is likely to have a Late April start and will likely be for 1.5-2 months (maybe longer for the right candidate) If you have extensive experience  making beer there could be a possibly of 3-4 Months work or potentially longer as we look to make a couple whiskeys over winter. We have a 500L mash tun and would love to make some new spirits

 You will need to have a WHV or be allow to work in New Zealand. We are likely able to supply accommodation to the right applicant Charges apply.
