Passion for providing an excellent customer experience A friendly, genuine, warm personality that makes customers and the team members feel at ease Excellent presentation and strong clear communication Able to work in a fast paced environment, hard working and reliable A strong Team player Be able to look after a section of tables during a la carte service Well organised, an eye for detail and the ability to multi-task Passion for the industry and knowledge in food and beverage or willing to learn Can think on your feet , learn quickly and initiative

About the Role

Applicant must be available to work Tuesday to Saturday from 3pm onwards Take reservations via email and phone Welcome customers and take to table Present them with menu and explain specials available Take food and drink orders and deliver to tables Clearing tables and resetting Process payments including handling cash and eftpos transactions Clean and polish Cutlery and glasses Adhere to sanitation and cleaning of restaurant and end of service Knowledge in barista and making drinks an advantage Follow instructions from mangers and owners Good communication with kitchen staff Knowledge in wine and food pairing We are looking for someone long term, full, part time and casual Available to be flexible with the roster

Pay rate from $22.90ph depending on experience Senior role from $27ph depending on experience

Senior role position (all of the above) Previous management experience in hospitality venue with a team bigger than 5 Leadership, energy and enthusiasm, If you've been a leader in a sports team, school, university or volunteer organisation that is great. A managers certificate or LCQ

New Zealand Resident and able to work in New Zealand with a current work visa Able to pass a drug test if required
