Cafe Supervisor Wanted at Marmolada Cafe 

At Marmolada Cafe we are passionate about delivering a nice relaxed experience with fresh, delicious food and high quality coffees. Find us in The Station building in the heart of picturesque Queenstown. We are currently on the lookout for a cafe supervisor to oversee the day to day operations, sent out the weekly roster, train new staff and fulfil any other task required. This could suit someone wanting to stay in Queenstown for a longer period of time, and wants steady day time hours. Full training is provided however we are looking for someone with hospitality experience, as the role requires you to be managing a small team.

• Lots of hospo experience, with supervisor experience a plus
• Passion for everything cafe and coffee, and loves to be innovative and inspirational
• Independent, proactive and works well under pressure
• Responsible and mature work attitude
• Positive, can-do attitude and willingness to learn
• Creativity is highly valued
