Chef De Partie

We have been BUZZed and looking for a Chef de Partie  ( ideally with Pastry) to help for a 2-4 week period in Queenstown.  You will be assisting the Executive Chef in daily culinary creations. We have 2 options…breakfast Chef 6am - 2pm or PM service 12pm - close

Expand your skills working with quality ingredients in a supportive environment. You will learn a lot and contribute to the successful operation of an established kitchen producing food of a very high standard.

You will need at least 3 years experience in commercial kitchens and be prepared to commit for the entire contract,

• $30-$32 + Free accommodation if required in staff house for duration of the assignment 
• MUST have Full chef uniform a must
• You MUST have a vehicle to get to and from work
