The Peppertree Luxury Accommodation – Blenheim

Looking for a great place to spend the New Zealand summer?

The Peppertree is a small luxury accommodation property in the heart of Marlborough wine country. We are looking for one friendly, practical and reliable person to join our small team for the coming season.

We would ideally like someone to start during October 2026, no later than the end of October, and stay until the end of March or April 2027.

The role

This is a varied position, helping wherever needed around the property. Your days may include:

  • Housekeeping and preparing guest rooms
  • Helping in the kitchen and with food preparation
  • Occasionally cooking simple meals for the team
  • Assisting with breakfast and guest service
  • Light gardening and outdoor work
  • General help around the property

We are a small team, so flexibility and a positive attitude are very important.

Who would suit us?

You do not need to be a professional chef or have luxury-hotel experience, but you should:

  • Enjoy hospitality and looking after people
  • Be comfortable helping in a kitchen and following recipes
  • Have a good eye for cleanliness and detail
  • Be practical and happy doing different types of work
  • Be reliable and able to work independently
  • Enjoy being part of a small team
  • Have a valid New Zealand Working Holiday Visa or other appropriate work visa

Previous hospitality, housekeeping or kitchen experience would be an advantage.
