We are looking for a qualified chef to provide exceptional food for our in-house guests plus a few others.

The role requires a suitably qualified and experienced chef to create amazing European dishes plus maintain and manage food safety regulatory requirements.

The ideal candidate would be competent to help establish seasonal menus, daily specials and be hands-on with all facets of running a small commercial kitchen operation. You would be reliable and with a positive disposition and an eye for detail.
