Au Pair / Nanny

We are a family of mum, dad and 2 young boys, living near Thames on the beautiful Coromandel. Originally from Ireland, we've recently built our home on a couple of acres, about 4km from Thames, right beside the Hauraki Rail Trail. We have a dog, a cat, a few cattle and chickens. Life is very busy, but good.

We would like someone to join us from mid April until September (or part of that time) to help look after our boys, aged 5 and 7. This can include getting them ready in the morning, pick-up/drop-off from school and daycare, basic house chores (vacuuming, dishes etc) and help with dinner prep. If you're keen to pick up extra hours, you could help with the animals, gardening, woodwork, etc.

In return, we can provide you with a weekly payment, meals, a private bedroom and free wifi... all with a stunning view of Coromandel hills and close to many walks, a cycleway and only 1.5h from Auckland, Hamilton and Tauranga. There is a large family bathroom, which only really the kids use as we have our own ensuite.

It is important that you have experience in caring for young children and would be comfortable with 2 energetic and chatty kids. You must be able to drive in NZ.
