Join Our Team at Central Fire Station Bistro! Are you an experienced bartender with a passion for crafting cocktails? 

Do you also have solid experience working as a waiter, and love being part of a small, close-knit team?

Central Fire Station Bistro is a vibrant, evenings-only restaurant, open seven days a week (closed on public holidays). 

We pride ourselves on our supportive team culture—everyone pitches in to help where needed, and we all work together to create a great atmosphere for our guests. We’re looking for someone with a love for both bartending and waiting, who doesn’t mind rolling up their sleeves to help keep the restaurant sparkling—cleaning is a shared responsibility among the front of house team.

Details:     

Hours: Five days a week, typically from 3 pm to closing time
