Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic and professional full-time Guest Service Agent at AVANI Metropolis Auckland Residences. 

Rate: $24.00 - $26.00 (based on experience)

Responsibilities include:

  • Welcome and check in guests
  • Communicate professionally
  • Make bookings
  • Assist guests during their stay

Shift Timings

0600 - 1430 (Morning shift) OR 1130 - 1830 (Mid Shift) OR 1400 - 2200 (Afternoon Shift)

The moment a guest steps into our hotel you will make them feel at home with your welcoming and warm presence. You have the important job of guiding guests through their stay, from smooth check-ins and check-outs to insights on the local attractions and eateries, you will be remembered for your superb customer service and positive energy. 


Previous hospitality or retail experience advantageous.

Other Requirements

We are looking for someone who can at least commit to us until Jan 2025.
