• Experienced bartender and barista
• Extraordinary attention to detail
• Experience working quickly and efficiently in a quality hospitality environment
• Outstanding Communication Skills
• A positive, can-do attitude and willingness to learn
• POS systems oriented
• Work with management to assess and improve processes and policies
• Uphold and enforce company policies
• Train new employees
• Address employee complaints or performance issues as needed
• Ability to run the floor independently
• Address customer issues and complaints
• Adhere to Liquor licence law and regulations

Job Type: Full-time

Ideal Candidate will have at least 6 months of experience as a Duty Manager and at least 1 year working in restaurant. LCQ is required and willingness to apply for Manager's Certificate.
