Calling all legends!  Are you energetic, self-starting, detail-orientated, customer-focused, a neat freak, trustworthy?

We are looking to recruit Front desk customer experience superstars, to join the team at our awesome Haka Lodge Queenstown

All roles are a minimum of 9 hours per week to cover the cost of accommodation, additional paid hours are available. The night shift requires you to be on call for emergencies (sleep is allowed!!), with some light cleaning duties involved. Experience in this role (in a hostel environment) is preferred.   We pride ourselves on being team-focused - we believe our success is in large part down to our world-class staff and the genuine connections they create with our guests.  We have very high standards so please only apply for this role if you have exceptional customer service skills and an ability to adapt and think on your feet as required by business needs.
