Skills & Experience

• Experience as a Chef/ Cook in a busy kitchen environment.
• Knowledge of health, safety and food hygiene regulations and procedures.
• Good time management skills, prioritise effectively and multitask.
• Excellent communication skills, motivational, people skills and strong work ethics
• Ability to maintain a high level of performance even in stressful situations.
• Have a passion for food and service

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate responsibility, management and ownership of your assigned kitchen section
• Ensure the consistent delivery of quality, well-presented food to our customers with company guideline
• Demonstrate a working understanding of food, hygiene and safety principles, ensuring compliance at all times
• Maintain positive relationship between kitchen and front of house staff.

Applicants must have a full legal entitlement to work in New Zealand
Available to work both morning and evening shifts, as well as weekends & public holidays are preferred.
