Administrative Assistant

Payment: Paid Position ($16.00 per hour )
Location: Auckland
Region: Auckland
Experience: Limited Experience Necessary

We are looking for an Administrative Assistant to join our team and support our daily office procedures.

A successful Administrative Officer will act as the point of contact for all customers and employees providing administrative support and managing their queries. If you have previous experience as an Office Administrator or similar administrative role, we’d like to meet you. Our ideal candidate also has working knowledge of office equipment and office management tools.

Ultimately, you should be able to ensure our administrative activities run smoothly on a daily and long-term basis.

Responsilbilties may include but not limited to:

  • answering calls
  • take and deliver messages
  • Prepare reports and presentations with statistical data, as assigned
  • handle customers queries
  • help prepare and co-ordinate delivery of customer orders  
  • liaise with third parties to develop marketing and advertising materials and documents
  • manage inventory
  • arrange job postings
  • liaise with candidates
  • input employee data and maintain employee files
  • assist with record keeping
  • respond to employee inquiries about human resources issues
  • assist with employee events such as long service awards
  • liaise with payroll
