Front Desk Mon - Fri Afternoons

Payment: Paid Position ($15.75)
Location: Auckland CBD

Experience: Limited Experience Necessary

We are looking for an afternoon receptionsit for our busy, city centre hostel

40 Hours per week, paid for 32, 8 hours for accommodation: DOUBLE ROOM shared facilities, FREE WIFI, Free Laundry, Free Breakfast.

Successful applicant will be working 5 days per week, Monday - Friday 3pm - 11pm.

 

Duties Include but not limited to:

  • Cash handling.
  • Checking guests in and out of the hostel.
  • Handling any guest enquiries or complaints.
  • Answering general backpacker related questions in regards to travel around the country.
  • Ensuring inhouse cleaning staff are present and undertaking their duties.
  • Checking emails and answering hostel enquiries. 
  • Must be able to commit to a minimum 3 months.
  • Training starts ASAP Mon - Wed 9am - 12pm, Thur/Fr 6pm - 9pm.
  • First full shift starts one week from date of first training.
  • Must be able to live on site.
