About the business and the role

Snap Rentals is New Zealand's fastest growing and most innovative rental car company. We are on the lookout for amazing Vehicle Groomers / Customer Service Reps for our Auckland branch located near the airport. This is a customer facing role, so you will need to be great with people, and have excellent customer service skills and a positive attitude.

Job tasks and responsibilities

  • Providing excellent customer service to customers collecting and returning vehicles.
  • Great phone manner taking bookings and answering questions. 
  • Pulling your sleeves up to groom and prepare vehicles for customers. 

Skills and experience

  • Experience in customer service is a must.
  • Experience in the rental car industry, whilst not necessary will be remunerated accordingly.
