Housekeeper/Reception Duo  -Hanmer Springs TOP 10 Holiday Park    

Hanmer Springs TOP 10 Holiday Park is looking for an enthusiastic couple passionate about people and customer service to join our team. 

 As a Qualmark-rated 5-Star Holiday Park and motels property, a high level of cleanliness and an eye for detail is required, as we see ourselves as ambassadors to our park experience, our fantastic local environment and village you will need superb customer service skills with the drive and passion for helping our guests make "Memories for life".

This role is ideal for a COUPLE-. Single people will not be considered for this dual role.    

While the primary role of this couple is housekeeping with some reception, Duties will include:  

• Regular housekeeping /cleaning - rooms & amenities 

• Reception  check-ins/ customer service

• Laundry work

• Maintenance/Gardening  

 As this position includes frontline work, a high level of English and computer skills is required. This role requires you to work during school holidays, evenings, and weekends and may include split shifts.

• Use of our on site wood fired hot tubs and mountain bikes when guests do not have these booked

   Our successful candidates will: 

• Be able to commit to a minimum of 4 months of work and have valid working visas, bank accounts and IRD Numbers. 

• Be tidy and well-presented  

• Healthy (with a reasonable level of fitness)  

• Have a cheerful and friendly disposition (with a good sense of humour)  

• Good communication skills  

• Fluent in both spoken and written English  

• Customer service focused  

• Level-headed and work well under pressure  

• Be a problem solver  

• Be adaptable and resourceful  

• Have basic sales skills
