Hops - Team Leader (with Forklift Experience)

Hello there, we are looking for someone with the neccessary experience to operate a forklift over the hop harvest - 1st Mar - 24th Mar.

You need to be either super active or semi retired, but regardless must be switched on observant and good at communicating and leading the team.

The task involves leading the hooking team and being the conduit between the garden, picking and kilning operations.

This is not a fullltime forklift job (20%). You are an integral part to the operation and will leading by example. We seel to be #1 hop growers so seek #1 employees! Is this you?
