Guest Services Agent/Housekeeping. Fixed term Seasonal.
Te Anau Lakeview Holiday Park is a Lakefront property in Te Anau. We require experienced Guest Services Agents to join our team for the rest of the summer season.
This multi talented role is working in our housekeeping team and in our busy office for suitable applicants.

20+ hours per week
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Housekeeping: Tasks including kitchens, bathrooms, making beds, ensuring spaces hygenic and clean.
- Reception: Tasks including emails, phone calls, check in, customer services, computer system, activity sales, liason with internal teams (housekeeping and maintanence). Selling accommodation at our busy property and managing guest details using RMS, Meeting guests and providing information about Fiordland, Selling and ticketing for various activities, Responding to e-mail and telephone enquires, Cash handling / Till Reconciliation. For this aspect, an exceptional level of knowledge of Fiordland Attractions and Great Walks is desirable, full training provided.
