Lucrative piece rate work, all in the name of beer.
The stringing team is in charge of putting up strings which the hops will eventually grow up in the spring/summer time.
Full training is provided to all team members and pay is based on contract piece rate so the faster the team works while maintaining quality the better the pay. Historical hourly rates after a couple days of learning the job, group memebers would expect to earn between $25-$35/hr.
Accommodation
Fully self contained accommodation units or van park up is available close to the farm with transport to the farm provided.
