Orchard Worker/net Technician

NZ Canopies is looking for an energetic and fit person who loves working outdoors to join our team permanently.

We are based in Cromwell, in the beautiful Central Otago,  we built structures over the pipfruit orchards to protect from hail, birds and wind.

We build netting structures and windbreaks. In this role you will be winching, operating hydraladas, working at heights, digging, stretching nets and other products; for the purposes of installing and removing netting products.

•             Availability to work on weekends if required.

•             Drive license

•             Have your own transport is an advantage

•             A good eye for detail and be able to produce quality work.

•             Hard working, reliable and able to work unsupervised at times.

•             Take pride in your work and your equipment.

 Experienced candidates are an advantage but not essential. Training will be provided. This would be a full-time (35 - 40 hours weekly) role with pay rate and starting date being negotiable to the successful applicant.  Must have a NZ residency or a valid work visa.
