Builder

I need someone to build a variety of things.

The jobs I need doing are:

- replace some stumps of a deck and put new top boards on, and steps.

- replace the step for my garag,

- adjust the roof size over a small shelter (currently draining water onto the neighbour's land)

- various jobs and improvements

Someone who is a qualified builder in their own country with 3 years plus experience would be suitable.  

Weekend work could be fine. Flexible hours.  14 hours building in exchange for one week of accommodation in Remuera studio - big enough for two.  Week by week, probably max 4 weeks' work.

Qualified builder only.
