Head Chef

Brinkley Resort is a accommodation and conference venue situated at the foothills of Mt Hutt in Methven. We require the services of an experienced  Qualified Head Chef to operate our award winning restaurant for the 2024 ski season  .We are a ski resort in Methven Mt Hutt village 1 hour from Christchurch International Airport and our restaurant operates as a relaxed a la carte venue as well as conference catering for our conference center.   The applicant must  have experience and be able to understand stock control and ordering processes as well as manage kitchen staff . References required . If you like to ski and are a  excellent chef then send through your CV and we can have a chat on Whatsapp  .
