This popular specialty milkshake joint needs a customer service superstar to join their team! If you are looking for a role that is both fun and rewarding, look no further. You will be employed in an all-around role, doing work both with customers and in the back of the store and kitchen.

Your main tasks and responsibilities are to carry out the following:

  • provide a bar service for customers, as required, as a priority at all times
  • ensure that customers are treated with politeness and courtesy at all time; provide help and assistance where required
  • cash handling/eftpos
  • cleaning and restocking
  • waiting on customers
  • washing dishes
  • carry out other duties as is reasonably required.

Previous experience in a hospitality essential!

As a big part of your role is customer service, you should be bubbly and outgoing, and possess excellent written and verbal communication skills. Numeracy and literacy skills are an advantage as you will be doing a lot of cash handling and transactions.

Opening hours are 3.00pm - 11.00pm Monday to Sunday; exact working hours are flexible and to be discussed and finalised with the employer, but you should expect to work around 15-30 hours a week, and you must be available to worknights and weekends. We have both part time and full time roles available at the moment.
