Your new role 
With things heating up in Queenstown there is an ever growing need to have a voice of experience on the ground.  As a result the team have identified the need for a working Site Manager to take ownership of a number of projects both at pre and post construction stage. Overseeing the day to day running of your site and your team of chippies you will have sole responsible for projects up to $3M. Any projects over this value you will be reporting into the Project Manager. Due to the changes in the market and the diversity skill set of the team you will be expected to work on the tools also. 

What you'll need to succeed 
This role would be the perfect opportunity for a working Foreman ready to take a step up to more responsibility or a junior Site Manager who is happy to get stuck in on the tools when required. As this is an immediate start it is preferred you are already located in the area however for the right experience and fit the team will wait for up to four weeks, allowing notice to be worked out. What is essential however, is your commitment to Queenstown and as a result you will be required to fully reside in the local/surrounding area.
