Experience in Restaurant or Wine environment valued

These are the following positions:

 Wine Tasting Attendant/Back-up restaurant server - must be able to create a wonderful experience for each guest who comes in to learn about our wines. Will be responsible for providing wine tastings, handling retail sales, assisting with the set-up of the Cellar Door. Training will be provided on our selection of wines for the right candidates. As a back-up server you will be required to assist in both the restaurant and cellar door. You will have an understanding of a restaurant set-up and its functions.

Kitchen Hand/Sous Chef -  support the day-to-day operation of the kitchen. Assisting in food preparation, maintaining orderliness of food supplies and equipment, sanitation control and kitchen equipment maintenance. During slower times, maintain the kitchen, whereas they jump in to assist in food production when the kitchen is particularly busy.

Experienced Restaurant Server – We are looking for a competent Restaurant Server to take orders and deliver them to our guests maintaining and enhancing the quality of our customer service. You will work in close collaboration with colleagues and follow established health and safety standards. The goal is to accelerate our business development by providing customers with a memorable experience.

Dishwasher –The ideal candidate believes in showing up on time for work, providing other employees with assistance in the tasting room as needed and following all sanitary and health-related protocols. We’re a busy and growing restaurant franchise and we are willing to consider advancement opportunities for the right candidate.
