Chef De Partie - Life By The Beach

We are a Cafe/Restaurant situated on the waterfront in the Coromandel Peninsula town of Tairua.  We are a vibrant, happy team with a solid regular clientel, a passion for good food sourcing free range and where possible organic produce.  Our seating capacity is 70+ inside and out. We have recently refurbished the cafe tastefully giving it a relaxed Hawaiian feel.  We are looking for an experience Chef de Partie to join us for our busy summer season by the beach, starting December through to end of February.  The suitable candidate would need to have at least 2 years experience of working in a kitchen.  It is predominantly day work with service covering breakfast, brunch and lunch.  We are open Wednesday to Sunday 8.30am to 3.30pm in Summer and do evening service on a Saturday, and Sunday afternoon to 4pm. Closed Mondays and Tuesdays.
