Key Tasks

  • Assistance to Manager to ensure the smooth day to day operation of the Holiday Park.
  • Strive to ensure that all guests enjoy their stay all times.
  • Provide a high level of customer service, operational efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Respond to phone calls and emails and any enquiries from the guests
  • Maintain accurate financial record keeping
  • Housekeeping

Successful candidates

* Excellent work ethics and attitude

* Excellent Communication skill and proficient in speaking and writing of English language.

* A focus on customer relationship and happy to exceed our guests expectations.

* Able to roll up your sleeves and be down your knees whenever need to

* A good knowledge of computer operations and general administration of a business is essential.

* Ability of prompt and thorough cleaning of the units. 

* Willing to go "extra miles" for the job and work long hours.

* Attention to details.

* Valid work visas

This job is on a roster of "Four Days on and Four Days off", which is a good balance of work and leisure. Accommodation is to be provided. We are looking for a couple who want to thrive on the job,which can be a stepping stone into the holiday park career.

This is a ten-months' contract.  We provide a good salary package which is to be discussed once shortlisted.
