Garden/ House Jobs

Would you enjoy spending some time on a small coastal farm in the Bay of Islands for 2-3- weeks starting soon in April?  

We need help to give our big  house a thorough clean in and out and give our garden some attention mostly weeding and pruning.  The cleaning will need a thorough approach. Some gardening experience is a bonus and would require some fitness. However, we are most keen to find people with a great attitude and work ethic. 

We are looking for couple, or two friends, who are happy to share a room. You will need to be physically fit, practical, and willing to lend a hand to anything that needs doing.   A vehicle is a real bonus.

Kerikeri is a boutique small town in Northland with great walks, access to local beaches and an attractive friendly atmosphere.

We are a family who works from home with 20 year old twins who are home sometimes! We live on a lovely coastal farm with sheep, and great water views, 10 minutes from Kerikeri. We love sailing, cycling, and beaches and have our own yacht, paddleboards and a beach house nearby that is often rented out. There are good rural walks and rides from our gorgeous house and a lake to explore at the bottom of the property.
  
Please apply if you have a "can do" attitude, a willingness to get stuck in and you're good company! This is a live-in position only. Full accommodation is provided in your own large bedroom space with sea views,  laundry, internet, spa, and full healthy meals with us.   In return for this, you will work for an average of 4 hours a day over the time you are with us.  This swap or exchange is based on a pay rate of  $23.15/hr. therefore no money actually changes hands, similar to the WOOFA arrangement.   We offer flexibility over work timing so you can have free days to explore the area if you wish or just chill.  
Very good English is essential, sense of humour is imperative!  Would suit persons 20+yrs
